What to focus on.
What to stop.
I work with growing businesses that are pulled in too many directions — too many good priorities, no clear read on what matters next. I’ve founded a company and sold it, run market research inside other people’s toughest calls, and spent years as a senior operator inside a fast-scaling company. I’m not here to hand you a playbook. I’m a sounding board sharp enough to help you find the call that’s already inside you.

01 — THE PROBLEM
Your business is working. That’s actually part of the problem.
Every month brings another good opportunity — a new channel, a hire, an acquisition conversation, an AI tool that might save you hours — and none of them are wrong exactly, but you can’t do all of them.
Nobody outside your own head is helping you figure out which one actually matters right now. You don’t need more options. You need someone to help you see which one you already know is the right call.

02 — HOW I THINK ABOUT THIS
Over the last two decades I’ve built businesses, sold a company, led marketing teams, run market research projects, managed websites, SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, e-commerce, and content strategy. But the greatest skill I developed wasn’t any one marketing discipline.
It was learning how to see the real problem — and, just as often, learning I already knew the answer once someone asked me the right question.
03 — WHO THIS IS FOR
Who this is for
This is for
It’s for people who want a sharp, experienced sounding board, not someone who tells them what to do.
This isn’t for
- Not for people who aren't ready to invest in outside judgment.
- Not for people who want someone to execute day-to-day instead of setting direction.
- Not for people looking for a playbook handed down rather than an honest, collaborative read.

06 — FAQ
FAQ
Is this coaching or consulting?
Neither, exactly. I’m not going to give you a generic framework (consulting) or just ask how you feel about it (coaching). I’m a sounding board with real business experience — I ask the questions that get you to your own clear answer, faster than you’d get there alone.
What happens in a Sequencing Session, exactly?
We spend 90 minutes working through what’s actually pulling your attention in too many directions, and where the real leverage is. You leave with a written recap and a clear answer to what to focus on — and what to stop.
What if I don't know my real problem yet?
That’s normal, and it’s often exactly why people book. Most of the time the presenting issue isn’t the real one — finding that out together is part of the session.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
Yes. Sessions are conducted over video call, so location isn’t a barrier.
What happens after the Sequencing Session — am I locked into more sessions?
No. You leave with a clear answer whether or not you continue. An ongoing Sounding Board retainer is available if you want a standing outside read, but it’s never required.
How is this different from hiring an agency or a business coach?
An agency executes tactics. A coach works on mindset. I do neither — I help you make the specific call on what to focus on and what to stop, drawing on having built, sold, researched, and operated real businesses myself.
CLIENT RESULTS
In their words
I came in with nine things I thought were urgent. I left with one, and permission to stop three of the others.
FOUNDER, E-COMMERCE BRAND
She found the real problem in about twenty minutes. It wasn't the one I booked the session to talk about.
OWNER, PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FIRM
The written plan is the part I didn't expect. Six months on, I'm still working from it.
SOLOPRENEUR, CONSULTING
